Creative Writing:
Fourth Grade: Our second research paper is in it's beginning stages. Since we are sticking to weather awareness, the students will be researching their weather topic and creating a research paper to go along with their poster. I will be sending home a letter with all the students highlighting everything that needs to be completed on this paper. Most of the research is allowed to be internet based, however I ask that each students uses one book from the library and includes some part of that book in their paper.
Second Grade: Writing Paragraphs-The students will start to create journal entries using paragraphs,(Introductions and conclusions.
Physics:
Congrats to Liam and Phillip for being the 4th grade Winners of the Weather Awarness Poster Contest! All of the posters were amazing and we had a very hard time picking the best one! =)
ART : Paintings and Well known Artists. This month will consist of focusing on all different types of artwork and the famous artists who created them.
